Kepala
Seksi Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Dinas Koperasi Usaha Mikro dan
Perdagangan Brebes, Wahyu Hidayat menjelaskan sejak dibuka 24 Agustus
lalu sudah masuk 19 ribu pemohon.
Jumlah
pemohon ini dipastikan makin bertambah karena menjelang berakhir masa
pendaftaran 11 September 2020 nanti, masih banyak warga ingin
mendaftarkan diri.
“Hari kemarin data yang masuk sudah
sekitar 19 orang dan sekarang masih banyak yang antre di kantor. Dari
pagi mereka sudah berbondong bondong menunggu di depan kantor,” kata
Wahyu Hidayat ditemui di kantornya Rabu (9/9/2020) siang.
Lebih
lanjut Wahyu mengungkapkan, banyak warga yang belum mengetahui syarat
mendapatkan bantuan Program Bantuan Permodalan Usaha Mikro sebesar
Rp.2,4 juta.
Pertama, harus memiliki usaha.
Kedua, pemohon tidak sedang mengangsur kredit dari bank
Ketiga saldo yang dimiliki tidak lebih dari Rp 2 juta.
“Jadi
bila dia punya tanggungan kredit bank dan saldonya di atas Rp 2 juta
maka dipastikan tidak dapat bantuan ini,” tandas Wahyu.
Untuk
mempermudah proses pendaftaran, lanjut Wahyu, mulai hari ini pemohon
tidak perlu datang dan antre untuk mendaftar secara manual.
Mereka bisa mendaftar dengan entri data secara online di alamat web https://tiny.cc.Brebes.
“Sejak
hari ini pendaftaran secara online. Alamat webnya sudah tersedia
tinggal entri data. Tujuannya untuk memudahkan bagi pemohon yang
rumahnya jauh sekaligus mengurangi kerumunan saat mendaftar,” sambung
Wahyu Hidayat.
Perubahan sistem pendaftaran ini dikeluhkan oleh para pelaku usaha mikro.
Pasalnya, hampir semua pelaku usaha yang mendaftar tidak mengenal IT. Bahkan mereka tidak memiliki HP atau komputer.
Pantauan
detikcom di Kantor Koperasi Usaha Mikro dan Perdagangan Brebes, hingga
Rabu siang masih banyak warga berkumpul untuk mendaftarkan diri sebagai
penerima bantuan usaha sebesar Rp.2.4 juta.
Beberapa petugas kantor juga sibuk melayani warga yang berebut agar namanya masuk sebagai calon penerima.
“Cara
mendaftar online bagaimana. Saya kan tidak punya HP dan tidak tahu soal
internet,” kata Simpen (45) pedagang rujak asal Kecamatan Bulakamba.
